Polaris Ranger 900 Repair
- diagnostics/troubleshoot full scope of repair
-replace front a-arms, ball joints, steering rack, bushings, bearings, brakes, and axles.
-replace rear bushings, bushings, brakes, brake lights, and right axle.
-replace primary and secondary clutches
-repaired drivers side seat bottom
-designed and replaced airbox system for ease in maintenance
-removed, rebuilt , and installed engine (avenue Polaris to do engine work)
-sourced complete head for engine to reduce cost of engine build
-repaired tailgate and latching system
-replaced wheels and tires with customer supplied wheels
-replaced coolant in system and bled air while completing heat cycles on engine.
-greased suspension and driveshaft
-completed alignment and final tightening of suspension
-Misc hardware and shop supplies
